What’s the difference between aluminum circles and aluminium circle trusses?

The aluminum circle refers to round flat aluminum pieces used for production of cookware, lighting reflector and decorative parts. Also known as aluminum circle discs, it boasts good corrosion resistance, excellent deep drawing property and long service life. There are mainly 1xxx aluminum circles and 3000 series aluminium circle discs, including 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100 and 3003 etc. 1000 differs from 3000 in that it has weaker strength and anti-rust ability. Even stronger alloys, such as 5xxx and above, are not suitable for the deep drawing process. In addition to properties, aluminum discs also have lower price than other metal materials of similar features.

What is the application and concept of an aluminium strip?

Aluminum strip refers to strip shape product which manufactured with aluminum as the main raw material, and mix other alloy elements. The cross section is rectangular and of uniform thickness and larger than 0.20mm. Usually, the edges are cut by live sawing and delivered in a flat form. The common alloy series of aluminium strip are 1000 series, 3000 series, 5 series, 8 series, etc. The common aluminum model are 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 3003, 3004, 5005, 5052, 8011 and so forth. The commonly used temper are O and H states. O is soft, and H is hard. O and H can be followed by numbers to indicate the degree of hardness, and the degree of annealing.

What are the differences between 1060 aluminum sheet and 5052 aluminum sheet?

At present, 1060 aluminum plate and 5052 aluminum plate are the most mainstream and commonly used types of aluminum plate. In many fields, the two types of aluminum plate can be universal, which makes many people believe that the performance of the two types of aluminum plate is similar. In fact, both chemical composition and mechanical properties, the difference is very far, the price difference is also very wide.

what is 1000 series aluminum coil/aluminium coil

Aluminum coils are the most commonly used series in the conventional industry, with the 1000 series in all series being the one with the highest aluminum content. Aluminum purity can reach more than 99.00%. Because it does not contain other technical elements, so the aluminum coil production process is relatively simple, the aluminium coil price is relatively cheaper.

Aluminum Circle Blanks Used for Pots

Aluminum circle blanks can be processed into many types of items, including pots, kettles, basins and lighting covers etc. It’s worth mentioning that aluminum circle blanks are usually welded or processed together with other materials in modern production of aluminum products, while in the past they were normally pressed into an integrated item directly. Take pots for example. A decade ago we used pots of both aluminum bodies and lids. Now, however, the base of a pot has been welded together to the body. The base may be of aluminum, the body steel, and the lid glass!
